Inclusions differ across the fleet. The Cat 17 Epidaurum, for example, includes the skipper, fuel, SUP, towels, insurance and cleaning, but not drinks or hotel transfer. Add-ons also depend on the boat: everything is possible on the motor yachts, while speedboats and catamarans take decorations and premium drinks only. The boat matched to your event will have its exact inclusions listed in your offer.

Planning a private boat event in Dubrovnik

A private boat event in Dubrovnik that does not fit a standard category starts with a short brief. Tell us the occasion, the date, the group size and how you want the day to feel. The smallest event is two people, the largest group on one boat is 12, and any of our nine boats can be used, from the speedboats to the motor yachts and catamarans.

Occasions we plan

Anniversaries: often a couple’s cruise with lunch, a swim and the sunset. A half-day or full-day both work.
Vow renewals and symbolic ceremonies: local celebrants travel to the boat. Legal ceremonies must take place ashore; see weddings on a boat.
Family reunions: mixed ages on board, with child seats for the transfer and lunch ashore.
Film, photo and brand shoots: send the technical brief with crew size, kit, location needs and permits, and we quote the boat day plus the logistics we can help with.
Memorials and scattering of ashes: a quiet trip to a place that matters to you, planned at your pace.

How it is arranged

We reply within hours, usually with a few questions and two or three boat options. Catering ashore or on board, decorations, flowers, a photographer, a DJ and celebrant fees are listed individually in one offer. Catering on board and the full range of decorations are possible on the motor yachts; speedboats and catamarans take decorations and premium drinks only.

A small deposit, paid by bank transfer or a secure payment link, holds the date. If the weather makes the trip unsafe, it is moved or the deposit refunded in full. If the occasion is a proposal, the proposal on a boat page has the format already worked out.

Questions about events.

How is this different from the other event types?

The other pages (Birthdays, Bachelor & Bachelorette, Engagements, Team Building) are pre-shaped templates for common occasions. Tailor-made is for everything else, anniversaries, vow renewals, family reunions, brand events, memorials. The mechanics are the same; the conversation is more open.

Can you arrange a wedding ceremony on board?

Yes for symbolic ceremonies (we work with local celebrants who travel to the boat). Legal ceremonies must take place ashore in Croatia under current regulations, we will usually pair an onshore registry ceremony with the celebration at sea. Ask us in your enquiry and we will explain the options.

What is the smallest event you can host?

Two. Many of our tailor-made days are anniversary cruises for couples, with lunch, a swim and the sunset. The boat is private either way.

Do you take on film, photo or content shoots?

Yes. We have hosted brand campaigns, music videos, magazine shoots and content days. Tell us the technical brief, crew size, kit, location requirements, permits, and we will quote the boat day plus any logistics we can help arrange.
