5 questionsWhat is the booking process?
Send us an inquiry with your dates and group size. We reply within a few hours with a tailored offer based on your preferences and vessel availability. A deposit confirms the reservation. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or secure payment link.
How far in advance should I book?
Two to four weeks in peak season (June to early September) and one to two weeks in shoulder season. We will always try to accommodate last-minute requests when boats are available.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer or a secure online payment link. The deposit is typically 30 percent. The balance is paid the day before or on the morning of your charter.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Free reschedule up to 14 days before the trip. Inside 14 days, terms depend on the season and vessel. See our cancellation policy or ask us by message before booking.
Why is every trip quoted individually?
The price depends on the season, group size, route and boat, so we send an itemised offer for each enquiry, usually within a few hours.
Boat rental
4 questionsWhat is included when I rent a boat?
It depends on the boat. Every rental includes the boat, an experienced licensed skipper, fuel, insurance and final cleaning. Most boats also include water, soft drinks, beer and white wine, towels, snorkelling equipment and hotel pick-up within the Dubrovnik area; SUP, snacks and fruit vary by vessel. The Cat 17 Epidaurum includes only the skipper, fuel, SUP, towels, insurance and final cleaning. We confirm exactly what is aboard yours with the quote.
Do I need a sailing licence?
No. Every boat in our fleet comes with a licensed skipper as standard. We do not do bareboat charters.
How many people can I bring?
Up to 12 guests on every boat, from two on a speedboat to a full 12. Capacity is listed on each boat page.
Can I bring my own food and music?
Yes to both. Bluetooth speakers are on board for your music. You are welcome to bring your own snacks and fruit, but meals and regular food are not possible on board; for lunch we stop at a restaurant ashore.
Private boat tours
5 questionsWhere are the boarding locations?
The main boarding points are Cavtat, Lapad (Lapadska Obala), ACI Marina Komolac and Dubrovnik’s Old Port. If your accommodation is near another suitable boat access point, we can also arrange direct pick-up. Hotel transfer to and from the boarding location is included on most trips within the Dubrovnik area, we confirm it for your boat and route.
Are the tours suitable for children?
Yes. Our private tours are family-friendly and can be adapted to suit guests of all ages, including small children. We can pre-stock the galley with kid-friendly snacks and drinks if you tell us in advance.
Can I customise the itinerary?
Absolutely. Every private tour is built around you. We share a typical route per destination as a starting point, then adjust swimming stops, lunch break and pace to your preferences.
Do I need a passport for the Elaphiti or Mljet?
No. The Elaphiti, Mljet and Korčula are in Croatia, so there is no border check. Carry an ID card or passport as you would anywhere in Croatia.
How long is a typical tour?
Half-day tours run 2–4 hours. Full-day tours run 8–12 hours depending on the destination. Sunset cruises are 2 hours. Every tour can be extended on request.
Multi-day yacht charter
4 questionsWhat durations do you offer?
Most guests choose 3, 5 or 7 days along the Dalmatian coast, but that is not fixed. The charter can run for as many days as you like, and every itinerary is planned around you.
Where do we sleep on a multi-day charter?
On board. Our motor yachts have private guest cabins with ensuite bathrooms; the crew sleep in their own quarters. Multi-day charters run on the motor yachts only, the catamarans are day boats.
What is the typical route?
As a rough plan, a 7-day charter from Dubrovnik covers the Elaphiti Islands, Mljet, Korčula, Vis, Hvar and Brač before returning. It is a framework rather than a fixed route: we often swap one stop for another, for example Lastovo instead of Vis or Split instead of Brač, depending on the dates, the weather and what you want to see.
What is the difference vs a private tour?
A private tour is a single day on a boat. A yacht charter is multi-day, with overnight accommodation onboard, a captain and a hostess, and a wider cruising radius.
Day trips by car
3 questionsWhat vehicles do you use?
A Mercedes E-Class for up to 3 guests or a Mercedes V-Class for groups of 4–7. Air conditioning, USB charging, water on board, all driven by English-speaking professional drivers.
What documents do I need for Montenegro, Mostar or Međugorje?
Both countries are outside the EU and the Schengen Area. EU, EEA and Swiss citizens can use a national ID card or passport; all other nationalities need a passport. Non-EU passports must be less than 10 years old and valid for at least 3 months after you return to Croatia, and a single-entry Schengen visa will not let you back in.
Are entrance fees included?
Entrance and ticket fees are not included. Where entry is free there is nothing to pay; where a site charges (national parks, wineries, museums), it is paid on site. Each trip page lists what is included.
Airport & boat transfers
3 questionsHow does the airport transfer work?
Your driver waits in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. Flight monitoring is included, so if your flight is delayed we wait. The Mercedes takes you directly to your accommodation.
What is a private boat transfer?
A private sea taxi between Dubrovnik and another coastal point along the Adriatic. Common routes are Dubrovnik to the Elaphiti Islands, Mljet, Korčula, Hvar or Kotor. Faster, more comfortable and more flexible than ferries.
Is there a charge for waiting time?
Airport transfers include up to 60 minutes of waiting from the scheduled arrival, including any flight delay. Beyond that, a small hourly fee applies.
Events & celebrations
3 questionsWhat kind of events do you host onboard?
Birthdays, proposals, bachelor and bachelorette parties, corporate team-building, anniversaries, small wedding parties and film or photo productions. Anything you can do at a restaurant, we can do on a boat, with a better view.
Can you arrange catering, decorations and cake?
Yes. Onboard catering by a local chef, premium wines and champagne, theme decorations, cakes and live music are all available as add-ons. Tell us when you enquire.
What is the maximum group size?
Up to 12 guests per boat for events. For larger groups we can run multiple boats in convoy with a coordinated itinerary.
Weather & safety
7 questionsWhat happens in bad weather?
If conditions are not suitable for safe cruising, we offer the option to reschedule your trip or receive a full refund of your deposit. We monitor the forecast closely and contact you the day before if conditions look uncertain.
Are the boats insured?
Yes. Every vessel in our fleet carries full passenger and skipper liability insurance, plus the standard Croatian charter coverage. Safety equipment is checked before every charter.
Is it safe for non-swimmers?
Yes. The skipper keeps an eye on everyone in the water, and lifejackets are on board for every guest. Tell us in advance if anyone in the group is a nervous swimmer so we can plan calmer anchorages.
What if someone gets seasick?
Our routes mostly stay within sheltered waters where motion is minimal. If a guest is prone to motion sickness, tell us in advance and we will plan a calmer route and recommend a remedy.
Which month is best for a boat trip?
June and September have warm sea, long days and fewer boats in the coves. July and August are the warmest and busiest months. May and October are quieter, with cooler water.
Is October too late for a boat tour?
Usually not. The sea often stays at 20–22 °C into October and mornings are often calm. We run tours throughout October, checking the forecast daily, and reschedule or refund if conditions are unsafe.
How warm is the sea through the season?
Roughly 18 °C in May, 22–24 °C in June, 25–27 °C in July and August, around 24 °C in September and 20–22 °C in October.
