What to expect.

There's a particular pleasure to a birthday with the engine off and the Adriatic underfoot, the cake comes out between the second swim and the sunset, and you sit wherever you like.

Inclusions differ across the fleet. The Cat 17 Epidaurum, for example, includes the skipper, fuel, SUP, towels, insurance and cleaning, but not drinks or hotel transfer. Add-ons also depend on the boat: everything is possible on the motor yachts, while speedboats and catamarans take decorations and premium drinks only. The boat matched to your event will have its exact inclusions listed in your offer.

Planning a birthday on a yacht in Dubrovnik

For a birthday on a yacht in Dubrovnik, start with who is coming. Every boat takes up to 12 guests, and the boat type decides which extras are possible. A family day with grandparents and children has different needs from a 40th with friends, so tell us the ages in your group when you enquire.

Cake, decorations and food

On the motor yachts we can arrange catering, a cake and decorations, set up before you board.
On the speedboats and catamarans, decorations and premium drinks are possible, but not catering.
Full meals are not served on board, apart from light snacks and fruit. For a sit-down birthday lunch, the crew books a restaurant ashore on one of the islands.
Decorations and a cake usually need 48 hours’ notice.

Timing a yacht birthday in Dubrovnik

Choose 4, 6 or 8 hours. A 4-hour trip fits a swim stop and the cake at anchor. Six or eight hours leave room for lunch ashore and a second swim in the afternoon, when the water is warmest. If you want the cake at sunset, a shorter evening trip can be built around the private sunset cruise.

Cavtat and ACI Marina Komolac are the usual boarding points for birthdays, and the hotel transfer is included on most boats within the Dubrovnik area. Child seats are available for the transfer.

How many guests can join a birthday boat party?

Every boat takes up to 12 guests, from couples to larger parties. The Cat 17 Epidaurum gives the most space for a gathering. We will match the right boat to your group in our offer.

Can we bring our own music and drinks?

Yes. Our boats have a sound system for your own playlist (we will send the connection method in advance) and you are welcome to bring your own beverages. Full meals are not permitted on board with the exception of light snacks and fruit.

Is the boat private to our group?

Yes, every birthday booking is completely private. The boat is reserved exclusively for you and your guests.

Can you arrange a birthday cake, decorations or catering?

It depends on the boat. On our motor yachts we can arrange catering, decorations and a cake. On the speedboats and catamarans we can add decorations and premium drinks only. Tell us what you have in mind and we will match the boat to it.
