Tailor-made private tours in Dubrovnik, design your own day.

Private days by boat, by car or both. Tell us what you want to see and we plan the route, timings and stops.

What is a tailor-made tour?

A tailor-made tour starts with what you want to do, not a fixed itinerary. You can combine islands and swim stops, oysters in Mali Ston and a winery on Pelješac, a sunset on the boat, or a boat and a car in the same day. The form below takes about a minute.

Pick the places

Islands and coves by boat, Kotor or wine country by car, or both in one day.

Set the pace

Choose a relaxed day with a long lunch, or a full schedule with more stops.

One private crew

A boat with skipper, an E- or V-Class with driver, only your group aboard.

How it works.

From your first message to pickup on the day.

  1. Tell us your wishlist

The places you would love, your dates and group size. A few lines is enough to start.

  2. We design a draft day

A route, timings and a clear, itemised quote, back to you within hours.

  3. Confirm with a deposit

A small deposit holds the date. Tweak anything right up to the day before.

  4. We pick you up

We collect you from your accommodation on the day.

Plan your day.

Select destinations and interests, add your dates and group size, and send.

Blue water first: tap the islands and coves, and the skipper builds the route around the wind and the swim stops.

Questions about tailor-made tours.

Can you customise a private boat tour in Dubrovnik?
Yes. Route, swim stops, the lunch stop and timings are shaped around you, and the add-ons available depend on the boat. Most custom days start from one of our classic routes, such as the Elaphiti Islands, Korčula or Mljet, and change from there. Send the wishlist through the builder above and a draft plan comes back within hours, editable until the day before.
Can you combine a boat tour and a land tour in one day?
Yes. Pick Mixed in the builder and list both sides of the wishlist, for example a morning in Ston by car and the boat home along the coast, and we check what works for your date.
How far in advance should I book a custom tour?
In July and August, a few days to a week ahead keeps the full fleet to choose from, the peak weeks book out early. In spring and autumn a day or two is usually enough. Last-minute? Ask anyway; the sea sometimes cooperates.

Planning tailor-made tours in Dubrovnik

Most tailor-made tours in Dubrovnik start from a classic route and change from there. Before you send the wishlist, it helps to think about distance: the Elaphiti Islands and Cavtat fit comfortably in a half-day by boat, while Mljet and Korčula need a full day. By car, Ston and Pelješac pair well with the coast, and Kotor or Mostar take most of a day on their own.

What makes a good wishlist

  • The places you want to see, even if you are not sure they fit together.
  • Your dates, or a flexible window, and the group size (up to 12).
  • Your pace: a relaxed day with a long lunch, or more stops.
  • Your pickup address, and anything we should plan around: mobility needs, dietary preferences, child seats, a surprise.

Boat and car in one day

A mixed day uses a boat with skipper and a Mercedes with driver, both private. A common shape is a morning drive to Ston for the walls and oysters, followed by the boat home along the coast with a swim stop. You can also start from an existing tour, such as the full-day Elaphiti Islands tour or the Ston and Pelješac day trip, and ask us to add or remove stops.

The draft comes back with timings and an itemised quote, and can be adjusted until the day before. Planning a birthday, proposal or company day instead? Use the tailor-made events planner.
