Dubrovnik Boat Adventure is a private boat company in Dubrovnik that has stayed in the same family since 1997. It started with one boat; today Borna runs the company with a small team in Cavtat. The office is on the dock in Cavtat, a short drive from Dubrovnik Airport, south-east of the city along the coast.
The fleet
All tours, charters and events run on the company’s own boats with its own skippers. The boat is chosen to suit the group and the route:
- Speedboats (Excursion 34 and Excursion 36): quick crossings to the Elaphiti Islands, swim coves and sunset runs.
- Motor yachts (Ferretti 591, Azimut 43 Fly, Jeanneau Prestige 440): longer full days in shade and comfort, and multi-day charters with cabins.
- Catamarans (Lux Cat Allegra, Cat 17 Epidaurum): stable decks for larger groups, celebrations and long swim stops.

Where you board
There are four boarding points: Cavtat, Lapad, ACI Marina Komolac and the Old Port in Dubrovnik. For yacht and speedboat tours, the transfer from your accommodation to the boarding point and back is included within the Dubrovnik area, so you do not need to find the quay yourself.
How booking works
- Send an enquiry with your date, group size and the tour, charter or transfer you have in mind, through the contact form, by email or on WhatsApp.
- The team replies within a few hours, every day from 8:00 to 20:00, with availability, a suggested route and an itemised quote by email or WhatsApp.
- Prices are per boat, not per person. A deposit by bank transfer or secure card link confirms the date.
Safety and weather
The company has been licensed and insured since 1997, and every quote includes insurance. Skippers brief guests on the boat and the safety basics at boarding and watch the forecast before each trip.
