Inclusions differ across the fleet. The Cat 17 Epidaurum, for example, includes the skipper, fuel, SUP, towels, insurance and cleaning, but not drinks or hotel transfer. Add-ons also depend on the boat: everything is possible on the motor yachts, while speedboats and catamarans take decorations and premium drinks only. The boat matched to your event will have its exact inclusions listed in your offer.

Planning team building on a boat in Dubrovnik

Team building on a boat in Dubrovnik is planned around your headcount first. One boat takes up to 12 people. For 20–50, we run two or three boats in parallel from the same fleet on the same day, sharing the route and the lunch stop. For more than 50, we coordinate with partner operators and quote the day individually.

Boats and timing

The Lux Cat Allegra catamaran suits a team of 12: it is stable, shaded and with room to sit together.
Days run 6, 8 or 10 hours. Eight hours fits a morning activity, a long island lunch and free time at anchor before the cruise home.
Pickup is by Mercedes E-Class or V-Class from your hotel or venue, so the day can follow a morning meeting or conference session.

What a team day on a Dubrovnik boat can include

Activities are light and optional: a paddleboard race, a snorkelling treasure hunt or jet ski and Seabob sessions from the water sports add-ons. Lunch is usually at a konoba on Lopud or Šipan, at a long table; onboard catering is possible on the motor yachts only. Premium drinks and a photographer or videographer can be added.

For the finance team: one point of contact and one invoice in EUR for the whole event, with your company details, payable by bank transfer. Tell us your country in advance so the invoice is formatted correctly.

Weather plan

What size of team can you handle?

Up to 12 on a single catamaran. For larger groups (20–50) we run 2–3 boats in parallel, all from the same fleet, all on the same day. Beyond 50 we can co-ordinate with partner operators, ask us for a custom quote.

Do you provide structured activities or is it just a boat day?

Both, and you choose the mix. We have a menu of light-touch activities (paddle race, snorkelling treasure hunt, anchor-swim, optional Jet Ski / Seabob sessions). Most teams use them to bookend a long unstructured lunch. We never force activities, the team building is in the unstructured time as much as in the games.

Can we get a single invoice for our finance team?

Yes, we issue invoices in EUR with your company details, payable by bank transfer. Tell us your jurisdiction in advance and we will format the invoice for your country.
